MENU

All entrée are served with Injera (Ethiopian flat bread made from Teff - a unique Ethiopian cereal grain, wheat and corn flours).  Entrées can also be served with rice instead of Injera. Traditionally, Ethiopian food is eaten with your fingers by simply tearing off a piece of the injera, and scooping your food with it. Forks are available upon request.
